2024 FOD/OAA Family Forum ~ June 28-29, 2024
We are pleased to be collaborating once again with the Organic Acidemia Association ~ Join us for an exciting and informative FOD/OAA Family Forum! This in-person event will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott (rebranded after June 25th, formerly The Wyndham) in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
This Forum will provide opportunities to Network/Share/Support with other FOD Families, hear 4-5 Speakers on various FOD topics ~ here is our Agenda
To kick off the Family Forum there will be a Reception on Friday night, June 28th followed by Presentations and a Professional Panel on Saturday, June 29th, 2024. Get ready for engaging discussions and networking opportunities!
* No charge for Families to register. However, you are responsible for your own travel and hotel costs. We have some scholarships available to help with those costs ~ see link below.
Apply for an FOD Scholarship to help with Forum costs (ie., travel, hotel etc) ~ please complete the application online. Maximum Scholarship is $500. As of May 10th, all Scholarships have been awarded.
Families and Professionals please Register for our Forum and Make a reservation at the Wyndham Pittsburgh University Center. The Wyndham is rebranding and after June 25th it will be called Courtyard by Marriott. Rooms are $149/night plus tax – you can choose 1 King or 2 Double beds. DEADLINE for the block room rate is JUNE 5th!
We have a block of rooms a few days before and after our event so if you want to make it a vacation please do! Confirm the price for ALL your days. Let us know if the block fills up and we can possibly renegotiate more rooms, if available, with the hotel. Please check their Cancellation policy to avoid cancellation charges.
If you know you cannot come after reserving a Hotel room or Registering for the Forum, please cancel BOTH the Hotel reservation AND the Forum Registration so others can register. Your links to edit your registration or reservation should be in your Confirmation emails.
