Tex Mex Soup

Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground turkey
1 package (1 ounce) reduced sodium taco seasoning mix
1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
1 can (15 ounces) black beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 can (15.5 ounces) northern beans
1 can (15.5 ounces) pinto beans
16oz broth or water (or 1can lite beer for the adults!)
1 can (14 ½ ounces) tomatoes with chilies
1 can (14 ½ounces) stewed tomatoes

  1. Brown turkey in a large stockpot. Drain excess fat. Add taco and ranch seasoning mix to turkey
  2. Drain and rinse canned beans. Add to turkey in stockpot. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Serve hot.

8 servings. Serving Size: 1½ Cups, Calories: 321, protein 21g, Carbohydrate 43g,
Total Fat 6g, Sodium 800mg.
